An Insurance firm with Central London offices are currently recruiting for a Reward Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of reward structures within the business. The role will have significant exposure to equity incentives, as this is a key component of the reward strategy. You will implement and manage equity incentive structures, and will be responsible for the annual design and approval of discretionary and non-discretionary variable pay plans. You will take an active lead in the design and implementation of incentives in our strategic growth areas, including the design and implementation of bespoke equity incentives. You will also be responsible for group senior hire offers.
What you'll need to succeed
You must be highly numerical and analytical to be successful in this role. You will have equity incentive structuring experience, as well as long term incentive plan, annual bonus plan, and sales incentive plan experience.
