An exciting new E-Learning Officer role has arisen, working for a Global Financial Services firm based in London. In this new role, you will be working in the central Training team.
Your new role
As an E-Learning Officer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing E-learning platforms in line with company, and employee training requirements. You'll be conducting in-depth Training Needs Analysis, and creating bespoke E-learning programmes around the needs. The E-learning programmes are accessible across PC and mobile platforms, and you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining such programmes so they're accessible, and user-friendly. Furthermore, you'll be liaising with external providers to implement E-learning programmes, and will be adapting these solutions in line with company requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new E-learning Officer role, you'll have created and maintained bespoke E-learning programmes that have been successful in upskilling employees, and overcoming skill shortages. Specifically, you'll have experience creating these programmes on PC and mobile platforms, and will have tailored the programmes to make them interactive, and user-friendly. Furthermore, you'll have experience handling external training providers, and will also have maintained a Learning Management System.
