Your new role
The Recruitment Advisor will manage end to end recruitment supporting a defined area of the business. The postholder will work in partnership with the business to understand workforce requirements and support succession planning. The Recruitment Advisor will proactively attract candidates, develop talent pools, attend networking events, advise on attraction and selection strategies, and organise and facilitate interviews and assessment centres. The role will work to maximise the candidate journey experience and suggest continuous improvement suggestions. The focus will be on middle level management recruitment and is a fast-paced, KPI based environment.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced internal recruitment specialist who has managed complete recruitment lifecycles, and has proven success in direct recruitment and in the development of talent pools. Applicants must have worked within high volume and fast paced environments and have worked to SLAs and KPIs. Based from offices in South Birmingham, some occasional travel will be required (travel expenses payable)
