HR + Training Coordinator

12 month FTC

£25,000 - £30,000

City of London

An oil and gas business based in the city are looking for an HR + Training coordinator to join for a period of 12 months to assist with an incredibly busy period of time.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner and L+D manager; this role will ensure successful design, delivery and commissioning of all learning and development, as well as supporting the HR team in delivering a commercially aware and solution driven function.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain HR systems to ensure they are compliant with current legislation

  • Administer all HR-related documentation

  • Complete all on-boarding checks

  • Inform and update benefit providers with all starters/leavers/general changes

  • Support the HRD in the organising and roll-out of team events

  • Support the induction of new starters

  • Source cost effective training providers

  • Work closely with departmental stakeholders to ensure that ongoing requirements of the business are met

  • Support and arrange training for key personnel

  • Deliver high quilt and timely management information on all aspects of L+D to report against performance measures

  • First point of contact for all employee queries on HR and L+D

  • Create monthly reports

  • Manage the training email and inbox

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous HR experience

  • Previous L+D coordination experience

  • Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent

  • Experience of working across a geographically spread workforce

  • Knowledge of competence based training programmes

  • Ability to manage own workload

  • Confidence to talk to stakeholders, and push back where necessary

Ideally you will be able to start asap due to the client's urgent requirement.
