A well known Arts organisation, based in Central London, is looking to appoint a HR Operatons Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role of the HR Operations Manager will be to support the Director of the department with specialist projects while offering advice and guidance to an established team. The HR Operations Manager will be involved in assisting with recruitment, payroll, employee relations and generalist HR duties. The HR Operations Manager will also assist in offering advice on current policies and procedures implementing change where necessary.
The organisation is based in Central London and is an established leader in the Arts sector. The organisation is part of a group of 4 museums and houses collections of UK and International art. The role of the HR Operations Manager is offered on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
