HR Advisor required on an ongoing Temporary basis for a business in Oldham paying up to £25,000
Your new role
You will be required to assist the HR team with all of the case work and investigations.
You will be required to deal with all of the sickness and absence management casework within the business. You will conduct investigations, and reviews and ultimately disciplinery's. You will be the first point of call of all HR queries which can vary from sickness, holiday, maternity and up and including dismissal.
You will work alongside the HR Coordinator advising where needed, ensuring you provide accurate and knowledgeable advise adhering to current Employment Law.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience within a HR Advisory role previously and experience in delivering expert advise in relation to any and all HR issues.
You will have experience conducting investigations and disciplinary meetings.
You must have an up to date knowledge on employment law best practice and be comfortable delivering complicated but accurate advice to all levels of employee's.
This role is for an immediate start and so you must be immediately available.
This role is offered on a temporary basis which is ongoing (potentially until March) and is offering a generous salary of up to £25,000 per annum
