Learning & Development Business Partner - Facilities Management Business - Surrey/ SW London

Your new role
You will report into the L&D Manager and provide support to the L&D function including the apprenticeship levy programme. You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting on course evaluations and feedback, conducting learning needs analysis, working to L&D strategy to ensure department output is aligned to HR and business strategy. Your role will involve delivering face to face web based sessions and workshops, advising line managers on the suitability of programmes. You will be involved and contribute to the development of training materials, utilise online learning platforms in all aspects. You will liaise with training providers and consultants to optimise the levy fund and manage the graduate scheme. You will support with the budget management and finance analysis report. You will have the opportunity to support with training projects to create and maintain training plans for the functional departments and business partner with operational colleagues to promote L&D initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be L&D practitioner with at least 3 years' experience and CIPD level 5. Candidates will need to have demonstrable experience in delivering face to face and web-based training sessions and be confident delivering presentations. Candidates will be proficient in MS packages experience/ capacity to learn HR training database. You will possess the excellent communication skills with the ability to establish effective relationships and communicate at all levels.
