A global financial services company based in London are looking to hire an experienced HR professional with HR Operations experience. To start ASAP for an initial 4 months, this is a newly created role within the HR team and reports to a Senior HRBP.

This role will provide provide service delivery across the employment life cycle, they ensure SLAs and KPIs are met as well as ensuring high standards of customer service and accuracy in delivering HR.

Key deliverables include:

  • Record management in line with GDPR requirements
  • Providing a speedy and efficient response to all day to day/first line HR and benefits queries
  • Managing completion of employee offers, background screening, DBS checks and on-boarding in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Enrolling employees onto the HR Database and manage people updates
  • Administration and processing for joiners and leavers, benefits and leave
  • Supporting relocations/localisations/mobility with global mobility team
  • Ensure Payroll Manager has payroll information and documentation for monthly payroll
  • Absence reporting
  • Provide administrative support for visa applications, renewals and right to work checks
  • Assist the HR team in managing training and development
  • Draft contracts and letter for employees, including but not limited to maternity, absence, internal changes and ensuring signed copies are returned and actioned appropriately
  • Recruitment support
  • End to end employee benefits administration and records management including enrolling employees in the medical scheme and pension scheme
  • Process invoices
  • Manage off-boarding of employees

Experience required includes:

  • Excellent HR process knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong HR administration skills
  • Intermediate Excel user (including Pivot tables)
  • Experience in a fast paced, ideally financial/regulated environments
