Senior Learning and Organisational Development Manager

Our client, a growing business with plans to continue to expland are looking for a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to join their team and assist with leading on the Learning and Development and OD strategy.

This is a greenfield site where you will be required to create a Learning platform, to design and implement Management Programmes and lead on exec coaching.

If you're looking for a new challenge, where you can help to really build the L&D offering for this fantastic business, this could be the role for you!

There's plenty to do to keep you busy and the appetite stems from the board. They are passionate about their people and this will be your opportunity to make a difference.

They are looking for:

  • Demonstrable evidence of leading on all aspects of Learning and Development and a strategic mindset with the willingness to get stuck in. It's a lean team, so you will be doing the ground work as well as working with the board.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work at pace.
