I am working exclusively with a fantastic research organisation based in Central London who are looking for an experienced HR and Recruitment Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

They are looking for someone who will:

  • Maintain and update the HR system (Cezanne) & personal files for all employees, ensuring they are up to date and accurate

  • Ensure all pre-employment, reference & background checks are completed

  • Create contracts and offer packs for employment of successful candidates and to ensure that general enquiries and correspondence are dealt with promptly

  • Organise interview schedules, booking meeting rooms, confirm panel availability and meet and greets

  • Ad hoc support across the HR & Operations teams

You need to have:

  • Experience in a HR/Recruitment Administration role or similar

  • Basic knowledge of employment law legislation and best practice.

  • Proactive and engaging approach to building stakeholder relationships at all levels.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • The ability to multitask and prioritise a large workload.
