An opportunity to join an exciting retail brand as a Resourcing Partner to manage end to end recruitment across the Sales and Marketing functions within a team of 7 near Luton (with onsite parking).
Take ownership for the development and delivery of the relevant functional / regional resourcing plan that aligns to the national resourcing strategy and delivers proactive recruitment expertise and vacancy management.
Manage an end to end recruitment process to deliver talented candidates by proactively recruiting for future vacancies.
Define and execute the appropriate advertising, digital media and recruitment event activity to attract the right talent into the business.
Business Partnering with recruiting managers, suppliers and HR.
Head-hunt and proactively approach potential candidates and positively sell opportunities via social media, telephone headhunting, pro networking, web mining etc.
Provide the hiring manager with a selection of diverse candidates following initial screening based on vacancy requirements that helps to sustain a continuous growth in our talent pool.
Generate leads and network through hired candidates to establish potential referrals.
Agency or in house resourcing experience with evidence of high performance (ideally from FMCG, Retail, Hospitality or Leisure industries).
Ability to coach, influence and challenge hiring managers to make the right decision for the business and ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
Good sense of judgement.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Recruitment database/systems use.
Pro-active & self motivated, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Attention to detail.
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
This position is to start ASAP so will require someone available immediately or at short notice.
