I am working with a fantastic charity based in West London who are looking for a People Development Manager to join their Learning and Development team on a permanent basis. This is a new role within the organisation.
To be considered for this role you need to have experience in:
Experience of designing and delivering learning opportunities to staff and/or volunteers
Experience of managing a budget and planning activity over a set time
Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Experience of supervising or managing one or more staff members or volunteers
There is an element of design and delivery of learning to this role through face to face as well as via digital platforms. You need to have excellent relationship building skills for all levels of the organisation. You will determine and apply the most appropriate funding streams when planning as part of the People Development team.
They are looking for someone who can ensure all staff and volunteers have the skills and knowledge they need to do their roles (current and changing) in an easy, exciting and engaging way.
