Your new role
In this new HR Advisor role, working in the busy London office, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle. You will be handling maternity, paternity and flexible working cases, be providing guidance to senior stakeholders around Employee Relations issues, and be assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process. With regards to ER issues, you will be conducting investigations into grievances, handling employee absence cases, and be dealing with disciplinary issues. You'll have exposure to a broad range of generalist HR duties, where you will be involved in project work, and will be handling potential restructures.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role as an HR Advisor, you will have experience operating in a central HR Advisory role, where you will have offered guidance to senior stakeholders around ER issues. Furthermore, you will have experience assisting the end-to-end recruitment process, will have supported HRBPs on project work, and will have advised around pay and remuneration issues. To succeed in this role, you will also have strong employment law knowledge and will have managed all aspects of the employment lifecycle. A CIPD Level 7 is desirable, as is a Bachelor's Degree in a related subject.
