Interim Learning & Development Specialist
Your new role
Its a great time to join this organisation, who have a strong focus on training and staff development. Working as part of a wider learning and development team, your role will be focusing on the design and delivery of a range of training interventions, such as management development, customer service and people management skills.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to work proactively with managers at all levels and with HR Business Partners. The people development solutions you deliver will require the broadest range of appropriate learning options and delivery channels. You will be an experienced trainer and be comfortable designing and delivering a variety of training materials.
