Senior HR Service Delivery Manager
£80,000 - £90,000 (+50% Bonus)
Annapurna are currently working with a leading global organisation who are looking for an individual to lead and transition the HRSS target operating model that is being implemented.
The senior HR Service Delivery Manager is stepping into an essential role going forward, from both an internal efficiency perspective but also from a functional standpoint; ensuring the success of governed and regulated divisions from a process and data outlook. This role will be to mentor a large team of 10-12 to success, as well as working with senior stakeholders to establish their need.
This global business requires the potential candidate to have had exposure of working in a multi-faceted global, matrix organisation, with experience of operating in complex environments. Management & leadership experience is key in this senior HR service delivery role, with the successful candidate sitting on the HR Leadership team.
Experience of the full employee service delivery life cycle will be required, ranging from HR Advisory, Payroll, Pensions & Benefits, International mobility and leasing the HR PMO capability.
