An organisation based in the West End of London is currently looking for a Global Head of Reward to join them in a new role.
Reporting into the Head of HR, the Head of Reward will be responsible for creating consistency within pay & benefits across both the exec and non-exec population. This will include identifying the top 50 executive population and establishing common values, benchmarking roles across the population, align end of year across the four business, ensure consistency within benefits & pensions and look at internal mobility.
Extensive experience within compensation and benefits across EMEA
Confident communicator at all levels and able to establish rapport with senior leaders
Able to act in both a strategic and hands on capacity - this will be a standalone role
Sound knowledge of excel
