Ashley Kate are pleased to be working with an exciting new business that have come together to offer a unique market proposition within the retail sector. As part of this exciting journey they are now implementing a new HR function from scratch and are looking to appoint a HR Manager who can build and lead a team to support this headcount of circa 600 employees.
Reporting into a Head of HR, you will recruit a lead a small team of 4 in HR and will support this newly formed organisation in the design and development of a HR infrastructure that will be fit for purpose by the business.
You will ideally have set up a HR function from scratch previously and be well versed in implementing new working practices and systems as well as being experienced in developing a people culture of belonging and unity following mergers and acquisitions.
You will already be operating at HR Manager level and be competent to provide full operational HR support to a headcount of circa 600 having managed a HR team previously to deliver an efficient and slick HR service.
