A Regional People & Culture Business Partner (HRBP) role, providing a blend of strategic, tactical and operationally focused partnering support in a fast paced, ever changing, customer centric environment.

Operating as People & Change Business Partner to the Commercial Division you will lead the people element of the regional sales strategy including coaching, challenging, problem solving, influencing and shaping the future business. You will work directly with the Regional Sales Leadership Team and key stakeholders with a focus on putting people at the heart of everything as it relates to the full employee life-cycle. You will act as a natural change agent within the business, inspiring new thinking and ways of doing things, challenging existing practices and bringing creative people solutions
We are looking for candidates with the following;
Proven experience of operating in partnership at senior leadership level
Proven track record of implementing a people strategy that delivers measurable business results
Excellent understanding in a number of disciplines across talent development and succession, talent acquisition and recruitment, EVP, culture, career management, L&D, reward and recognition, OD and transformation
Flexible and agile, and willing to travel frequently across the UK to meet with your stakeholders
Experience working in a fast paced Media, Retail or similar environment is essential
