Role: HR Operations Manager - UK

Salary: £60 - 65K
My client is a global Media company who are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join their new HR team. You must have experience in a HR Operations Manager role and be able to strongly identify needs for change. Alongside this, you need to have the creativity to create and then implement initiatives to drive this. As the HR Operations Manager, you will manage 3 direct reports and report directly into the Head of Reward, working closely with the wider HR team.
You will be responsible for responding to day to day queries, ensuring the HR administration is processed efficiently, as well as the payroll transactions, employee benefits and the recruitment systems. You will maintain the HR systems ensuring they are running smoothly, and data quality is consistently maintained. It is vital you have the capability to continue overseeing and identifying improvements for an efficient HR function and work closely with the wider HR team. This isn't the role for someone just looking to keep thing ticking. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make a real difference!
You will be used to work in a medium to large size organisation, preferably with a dynamic and international workforce. Commercial awareness and experience in working in an extremely fast paced and high-volume environment is crucial for this role. Alongside this will come the genuine passion to contribute towards the success of the business and the brands within it.
