Role: Lead Recruiter - Product
Location: South London
Salary: £60,000 + benefits
My client is a growing Fintech business who are looking for a passionate Recruiter that's willing to get involved with a diverse range of roles, to make sure they are able to find the right people to meet our ambitious hiring goals. This is a great opportunity for someone already working in an in-house recruitment role and is experienced within the Product market.
This role reports into the Head of Talent & Development. You'll be responsible for owning all recruitment activity across our product space.
Recruiting for a variety of digital, commercial and technical product roles across these multi-functional teams with a focus on recruiting digital talent which includes (but definitely not limited to) user experience (UX) designers, app developers, product designers/managers/analysts, Quality Assurance (QA), technical business analysts.
Hiring briefs with managers and consulting on recruitment strategy
Full 360 recruitment process; combination of direct resourcing as well as agency management, phone screening, interview management, offer management
Maintaining our candidate management system /ATS
Management Information; headcount planning and budgeting, recruitment performance reports, market trend insight
Running annual graduate recruitment programme
Feeding into any employer brand projects and content and social media activity
Be a brand ambassador at recruitment events
