A Management Consultancy is looking for an HR/Recruitment Assistant to join their HR team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through a variety of sources, ensuring the company hits both the pipeline and recruitment targets
  • Management of the referral pipeline - ensuring all referrals are tracked and managed efficiently and arranging screening interviews
  • First line responses and initial screening for all direct candidate applications
  • External communication to candidates via social media
  • Working with the People Manager to ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
  • Candidate management
  • Provide information and support to recruitment agencies

This person will be:

  • Have strong admin experience
  • Have strong Microsoft office skills, including Excel
  • Have previous experience of having worked with ATS
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
