Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a fantastic HR Business Partner - Central Functions role for our client, a leading global retail bank. This is a 12 Month Maternity Cover.
This role will give you ownership of the delivery of the strategic people agenda within the Central Functions Division, including Finance, Marketing, HR and Communications.
Whilst working collaboratively with the wider HR function and the bank your role will entail identifying and delivering initiatives, ensuring a seamless colleague/customer experience. You will work alongside Senior Stakeholders in Central Functions, reporting directly into the Head of HR for the Central Functions Division. An outline of duties:
Working with Senior HR Business Partners and areas of expertise to deliver the people agenda aligned to the Bank HR strategy in both customer and non-customer facing business teams.
Engaging respective Business areas with strategic HR agenda to ensure stakeholders understand the associated activity and are clear on their own and their team's accountabilities for delivering and embedding it.
Sharing internal and external insights to raise awareness of current and anticipated opportunities, challenges and risks to inform current and future people related decisions and activity
Using commercial understanding of the business to ensure all people activity that is planned is consistent with current and future business needs and is aligned to business objectives, raising any concerns or risks in a timely and appropriate way.
The role requires extensive HR business partnering experience preferably within financial services.
