Your new role
As the HR Advisor, you will be required to be the first point of contact for all HR related quires for the business. You will be required to handle all of the employee relations case work for the business and be expected to provide up to date and knowledgeable advice on all HR issues.
You will also be required to get involved in a change management project that the business is currently going through and advise and assist where needed.
You will work closely with the HR BP to support the HR team and the wider team within the organisation delivering expert advice on all HR related queries and issues.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a HR Advisory role previously with an up to date knowledge of all Employee Relations and you must have an up to date knowledge of Employment Law.
You will have experience working in a role that deal with change management previously as well as having some knowledge regarding performance management.
You must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office and be excellent at both verbal and written communication.
This role is offered on a fixed term basis on a 6 month contract paying up to £31,000. This role has a strong opportunity to extend beyond the initial 6 months.
