Oakleaf are working with a global Financial Services organisation. They are looking for a Head of Reward on an initial 6 month contract.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing a team of 6
Establishing processes and policies underpinning the compensation cycle for all locations and managing its delivery in a challenging environment
RemCo, drafting papers and presenting on agenda items
Managing long term incentive scheme and any changes to the existing plan
Gender pay reporting
Responsibility for Executive compensation planning
Liaising with the Senior Management population on all compensation policies and processes.
