An educational charity, based in central London, is looking to appoint a Learning & Development manager for an initial period of 3 months.
The Learning & Development Manager will take responsibility for delivery of the current strategy and for the development of personnel working across the organisation to develop a learning strategy. The Learning & Development Manager will also be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating all aspects of L&D and talent management strategies to support the organisation's objectives and transformational growth.
The Learning & Development Manager will have a proven track record of successfully leading L&D and talent teams with the ability to operate and influence at a senior level. The successful candidate will have experience of facilitating internal training sessions, confident to use your own initiative and working with high levels of autonomy.
The organisation is based in central London and was formed from 2 education charities. The organisation works with partners across the education sector to support the long term improvement of schools in challenging contexts and offer clear pathways of expert career progression. The role of the Learning & Development Manger is offered initially as a 3 month fixed term contract.
