Talent Acquisition Business Partner

My client, a global Tech business in London are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their 500 strong UK team. As they continue to expand at a rapid rate, they have a rare and exciting opportunity for a innovative, driven and tenacious recruitment professional to help drive the growth of business and attract the very best talent!

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for full 360 recruitment process

  • Partnering with managers, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, closing

  • Become a trusted advisor to all internal hiring managers when recruiting

  • Complete all first stage phone screen interviews for hiring managers

  • Manage full candidate journey to ensure a positive experience regardless of the outcome

  • Track and report on resourcing metrics and KPI's

  • Build strong candidate pipelines to ensure hiring plans are met

  • Deliver training for Recruitment and Interviewing skills in partnership with the Head of People

Key characteristics that could make you this potential superhero:

  • A sense of humour

  • Excellent recruitment background - agency or internal (or both!).

  • Experience in the Product, Marketing and Traffic (beneficial)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Time management skills

  • Able to work both individually and within a team

  • Desire to continually improve, collaborate and self-reflect.
