HR Administrator - sponsored CIPD

We are looking for an experienced level 3 CIPD qualified HR Administrator that will sponsor you through your professional CIPD qualification.

Client Details



  • Acting as first point of contact including face to face, telephone and electronic for HR related queries and enquires
  • Ensuring accurate completion of all HR administrative processes and procedures
  • Ensuring that paper and electronic employee files are kept up to date and are compliant with General Data Protection Regulations and deleted as per policy.
  • Producing contracts
  • Obtaining references
  • Coordinating and delivering inductions sessions for new employees explaining company values and procedures
  • Ensuring that the HR Information Systems (Resourcelink, Fusion and JD Edwards) are up to date and accurate
  • Raising purchase orders for the HR, Learning and Development and Benefits
  • Dealing with the administration for paternity/maternity and flexible working requests
  • Dealing with the administration for absence including holiday entitlement
  • Processing Employee Referral Fee requests and liaising with payroll
  • In conjunction with payroll and the HR Advisors, dealing with any payroll queries such as under and over-payments
  • Using the scheduled reports to monitor: Sickness absence, Fixed term contracts, Probation periods, Migrant workers, Long service


  • GCSE level Maths and English or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as an HR Assistant with a good understanding of the principles of good HR practice
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with wide range/level of customers
  • Sound knowledge of administering and working with systems and processes
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem solve, multi-task and re-prioritise
  • Ability to deal with and work within a change environment
  • Positive approach with a desire to learn and continually improve both self and job related tasks
  • Ability to work from and use own initiative as well as supporting and working within a team
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
