Responsibilities of this HR Country Manager will be broad, as the chosen candidate will be able to become involved in a number of areas across the HR piece. The role will take full ownership of HR on a national level. The person will make numerous recommendations on change, re-structure and acquisitions.
This is an exciting role for a candidate with a passion for managing a team in a global HR function, managing change and growing a company.
The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, with emphasis on change management and unions. Ideally from a HR Manager or HR Business partnering level previously. He/she will be able to understand a large companies plans, requirements and challenges. A strong project management background with change management would be desirable.
On offer is a management level role - leading a talented team. The package will include a salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience, with a company car/car allowance and bonus for the right individual.
