Client Details

The company based in Bicester is a well known, large manufacturing market leader. The company is easily accessible by train or car. The business has a good track record of recruiting talented personnel, integrating them into the company well, making the transition smooth. They look after their people well, with good rewards and benefits, and in this instance, they would like an experienced HR Manager with a focus on change management to join them on a permanent basis.


Responsibilities of this HR Country Manager will be broad, as the chosen candidate will be able to become involved in a number of areas across the HR piece. The role will take full ownership of HR on a national level. The person will make numerous recommendations on change, re-structure and acquisitions.

This is an exciting role for a candidate with a passion for managing a team in a global HR function, managing change and growing a company.


The successful candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, with emphasis on change management and unions. Ideally from a HR Manager or HR Business partnering level previously. He/she will be able to understand a large companies plans, requirements and challenges. A strong project management background with change management would be desirable.

Job Offer

On offer is a management level role - leading a talented team. The package will include a salary of up to £80,000 depending on experience, with a company car/car allowance and bonus for the right individual.
