Your new role
Working within a small HR Team and reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all compliance for all staff (academic and non academic) is completed.
You will also be responsible for the induction of all new staff and will be the person who liases with Payroll on starters/leavers and any contract variations.
You will conduct all exit interviews and ensure feedback is given and ensure any recommendations are escalated
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the Compliance associated with the role, you will need to have experience of working within schools.
Ideally CIPD level 5 or above and have experience of Ofsted or ISI inspections
