Reward Consultant - Holiday Pay Project

Reward Consultant required to lead on holiday pay project in Central London.

Your new company
A facilities management company based in Central London, are recruiting for a Reward Consultant to support them until the end of 2018.

Your new role
You will be brought on to take a lead in their holiday pay project. You will look at all aspects of holiday pay within the business, including how and when holiday is taken, and average days. This will then be presented back to the business with recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have worked on a similar project previously, and have an understanding of payroll. Experience of cascade is also desirable. You must have good Excel and Powerpoint skills.
