Hampshire County Council Adults’ Health and Care Department is delivering a major transformation programme to ensure vulnerable adults in Hampshire can continue to receive the best possible information, advice and support to meet their social care needs within the current challenging economic environment. Our Change Manager role for the programme is now vacant due to the career progression of the existing post holder.
This is a two-year contract to see through the transformation programme and take responsibility for ensuring our staff and managers are empowered to deliver the changes to services and ways of working. A particular focus of the role will be to provide the leadership to ensure that staff successfully adopt new digital ways of working and maximise the recent significant investment that has recently been made by the County Council in new devices and software to support staff in their interactions with our customers.
If you are passionate about delivering excellent services to the public and maximising the benefits of new ways of working for staff, then we would like to hear from you. You will need to be skilled and experienced in working with senior managers, team managers and frontline workers to deliver behavioural change. You will also need to be able to work confidently at a programme and project level to identify detailed change priorities and develop clear strategies and plans to implement these.
