Oakleaf are working with a growing Retail organisation based in London. This business has experienced 100% YOY growth and they are looking for someone to help them to further develop the Reward function and ensure they stay competitive in the market.
This organisation is looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and data whizz and can put the combination to use for the salary review, bonus and sales incentive plans globally. This role will also have oversight of the global payroll process.
