Description

Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and change to deliver its new strategy, and the HR Business Partner will work with key colleagues and stakeholders to successfully work through this transformation and partner the business to improve organisational performance.

This includes the following:

  • A new state of the art HR system

  • A refresh of leadership and management competencies to drive up standards within the organisation

  • A revamp of recruitment, retention and talent strategies to stimulate growth and performance across the group

The HR Business Partner will act as a key member of the regional team by empowering managers and directors within the business to be the best they can be. They will also be instrumental in advising the business on the people implications of potential bids & tenders, leading on restructures and TUPE Transfers and managing the integration of new services for the group.

This role also includes travel across London, the Midlands and East Anglia

Profile

We're looking for an HR Business Partner with the following:

  • Experience and an appetite for Change Management. TUPE's, Mergers and People Change will be a large part of this role, so the successful candidate will relish the pivotal role they will play in embedding new services and shaping the culture of the organisation

  • Confidence in handling complex people issues and restructures

  • A passion for excellent service delivery and high standards of customer service

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Confident with managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • A coaching and enabling style

Job Offer

Permanent Contract, Salary c.£45,000 dependent on experience and generous benefits package
