Lead HR Business Partner
A professional services organisation in Birmingham is looking for a HR Business Partner with an ER specialism to take up the role of Lead HR Business Partner.
This is a new role for an experienced HR Business Partner. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will add capacity to the team which will enable the HR function to have a greater strategic and partnering presence in the longer term.
In this hybrid role you will take oversight of HR by managing the existing HR Business Partners, whilst partnering a specific client group and working strategically to facilitate their people plans. In addition, you will lead on all Employee Relations casework, taking ownership of complex cases and being the HR expert for Employment Law.

You will have:
Strategic HR Business Partnering experience
Substantial experience of leading on complex Employee Relations casework
Recent direct line management experience of HRBPs or HR Advisors
- Experience within professional services or similar regulated organisations
Project management experience and the ability to problem solve
Expert employment law knowledge
MCIPD or Equivalent ER/Employment Law qualification
