Senior HR Business Partner - Financial Services
A growing financial services organisation is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR team. Reporting in to the COO and working closely with the Finance Director, CEO & broader leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the HR Strategy, managing annual HR processes and ad-hoc HR projects, supported by a small & colleaborative HR team. You will also be responsible for managing the Admin & Facilities team. The position will be strategic and operational in a high touch regulated financial services environment.
You will be an articulate and commercial HR Generalist operating at Senior HR BP / Head of HR level in another global financial services organisation. You will be comfortable managing a small team and operating in a strategic and operational role. Degree (2:1)+ and / or CIPD (preferred).
