A global real estate company based in London is looking for an HR Service Team Leader to join their Shared Service Centre. This role will support the Head of HR Shared Services with the day to day operational performance of the HR Shared Service Centre.

As an HR Service Team Leader, the key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting into Head of HR Shared Services
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure you are viewed as part of the client facing team as well as the Shared Service Centre
  • Coach and develop HR Administrators, ensuring clear objectives are set
  • Facilitate regular team meetings with the HR Administrators
  • Plan and manage the workflow and case management system to ensure cases meet the agreed service standards
  • Escalation management
  • Risk and control management
  • Own and participate in various HR Projects as required
  • Support with operational readiness for implementation of new systems or processes

This person will:

  • Have experience in HR, ideally within an HR Shared Services team
  • Have experience leading a team of HR Administrators
  • Have experience utilising a case management tool
  • Have an excellent understanding of HR processes
  • Experience of working in professional services
  • Be educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent
