Your new role
Varied and rewarding HR officer job with a generalist remit; supporting the HR Manager providing a full HR service. You will be responsible for all HR administration, you will have exposure dealing with disciplinaries and grievances, absence management and recruitment. You will also provide advice and guidance to employees and management.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong background in HR administration and exposure with providing advice and guidance.
Experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
