A medium sized financial services organisation based in London is currently looking for an HR MI & Compensation Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical compensation or HR MI professional to join a changing organisation and be part of a small team responsible for the firms HR MI, HRIS and Compensation offering. Other key responsibilities include:
Provide detailed analysis of data
Automating processes and introducing self-service reporting
Improve the quality of the data and processes around HR reporting
Run reports for ExCo on headcount, turnover, attrition etc.
Support with the implementation of the Compensation module within SuccessFactors
Play a key part in the year-end compensation process
Previous experience within compensation and HR MI from any sector
Experience using HRIS (ideally Cloud based)
Knowledge of how to improve HR Analytics within an organisation
Strong stakeholder management experience
