Reward Manager

A global Financial Services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for a Reward Manager to join the team supporting the Commercial Banking division.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, the Reward Manager will be responsible for partnering with the Global Banking Heads and shaping reward across Europe. This includes providing guidance on performance management, leading the annual pay review, executive compensation, policy guidance and providing advisory support to HR and the business on an ongoing basis.

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience managing reward within a matrix and global organisation

  • Experience within Financial Services and knowledge of remuneration regulations will be preferred but not essential

  • Strong stakeholder management

  • Excellent analytical skills
