My client is arguably one of the largest global brands who have an unique opportunity for a People Experience and Projects Partner. You will work closely with the People Experience team to support the delivery and evolution of the organisational value add initiatives and employee experience strategy.
Key responsibilities include;
· Scope out, design and deliver the Employee Experience and Purpose initiatives engaging with appropriate stakeholders ensuring they deliver commercial value, are relevant, innovative and position the organisation as a global leader.
· Work closely with the brand and investment teams to ensure that the purpose and people experience are key considerations in new investments and business ventures.
· Work with senior stakeholders to support them develop, evolve and embed their purpose and experience strategies
· Facilitate sharing of best practice across the group and broker networking throughout the organisation
Candidates will be have an extensive background in project management across a number of HR and Employee Experience initiatives particularly around sustainability of supply chain and work flow. You will be highly analytical and creative in your previous roles with the ability to demonstrate being successful in supporting start up businesses developing strategies from launch.
