Fixed term contract - 6 months
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits package

My client, a global consumer goods organisation are looking to add a Recruitment Manager to their growing team. This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation which is challenging, fast moving and gives wide exposure within the recruitment space. There will be a geographical remit to support, therefore experience working internationally would be an advantage.
Duties will include:
Using LinkedIn and other marketing strategies to attract international talent
Content planning and managing content
Building a talent pipeline
Promoting communication internally
Running recruitment campaigns
Engaging with appropriate agencies
Identifying local support agencies
Recruitment to the EMEA region while supporting colleagues covering France and Russia
Strong stakeholder management across the business, as well as dealing with merging relationships is an essential part of this role. You will also be responsible for projecting forecast with the ability to support a high caseload of vacancies across your given region.
Candidates will ideally come from a consumer good background and have knowledge in the industry, as well as experience working in a highly commercial and fast paced environment. The client is looking for a strong recruiter with experience of recruiting internationally.
