My client within the Events and Marketing space is looking for a talented individual to join the HR team as the HR and Recruitment Associate on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting a HR Operations function and a recruitment team in a fast moving and dynamic environment. The individual will work closely with the HRBP's, the EMEA Recruitment Head & Group HR Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping all documents (e.g. process manuals) necessary for the execution of HR & Recruitment processes updated.

  • Use HR & Recruitment tools (ATS) and systems to appropriately document and complete assigned work.

  • Seek feedback from customers to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage the vacancy approval process internally ensuring a fast and efficient process.

  • Advertise vacancies

  • Process background and reference checks

  • Schedule interviews with managers and candidates and manage the booking of suitable rooms/ facilities.

  • Support new employees through involvement with onboarding, orientation, and completing documentation for new hires.

  • Work on projects within the overall recruitment objectives.

  • Build relationships with wider departments to facilitate the support needed.

  • Partner with vendors to ensure the most efficient and effective process with that vendor are identified.

  • Track KPIs for regular reporting.

Position Requirements:

  • Strong customer service focus.

  • Confident and strong communicator (written and verbal)

  • Able to effectively manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously.

  • Prior experience of recruitment / resourcing in a corporate or agency background.

  • Experience of market mapping or research in a recruitment context.

  • Solutions-oriented and continuously striving to find new and better ways to do things.

  • Experience generating reports, analyzing and interpreting data.

  • Experience with database management.

  • Experience of using an ATS System (applicant tracking system) as a super user would be highly advantageous.

  • Prior experience of recruitment / resourcing in a corporate or agency background.

  • Experience of market mapping or research in a recruitment context.
