Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a large retail business who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team to deliver the 2018/19 graduate recruitment campaign, based in West London. Working closely with Business Leads & HR Business Partners, the successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing the best graduates in the market, whilst offering an exceptional candidate experience.

This role requires outstanding planning and organisational skills, to ensure the campaign is delivered on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and update the graduate recruitment project plan, ensuring all actions are undertaken on time.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including hiring managers, HR Business Partners & other HR teams.

  • Source graduates from a variety of different channels, including job advertisements, career fairs and social media.

  • Own candidate relationships, guiding them through the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to offer & rejection.

  • Review CVs, phone screen candidates, administer and review video interviews.

  • Organise and facilitate assessment centres.

  • Build & maintain strong relationships with external recruitment suppliers.

  • Ensure all information is accurately stored in the ATS

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • Experience of working in Graduate Programme Recruitment

  • Managing high hiring volumes, gained in a fast paced, dynamic and complex environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced graduate recruiter to join a creative, fun, dynamic and outgoing company, on an exciting graduate programme project, initially on a 7 month FTC.
