You will be working in partnership with business partners and senior stakeholders and work as a real business player, contributing to the development of the business area's entire agenda and strategy. Your role will be focusing on business imperatives and contributing to the leadership of the business area.
- Work in partnership with global business leaders and be an influential player in enabling the effective analysis of business strategy and goals
- Follow a proactive approach to leading the implementation of the Business People Strategy
- Support the team through the organisational change journey
- Governance and compliance - take accountability for partnering with business leaders
