An exciting Recruitment Coordinator role has arisen working for a global Asset Management firm based in Central London. This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential of going permanent at the end.
Your new role
In your new role as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be supporting 3-4 Recruitment Partners with the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be liaising with Recruitment Partners and hiring managers to fully qualify vacancies, and will go to market to attract the best talent to fill such positions. You will be posting job adverts, screening CVs, running initial telephone and Skype calls, and arranging face-to-face interviews. Furthermore, you will be collecting interview feedback, issuing offer letters and contracts, and managing the on-boarding process.
What you'll need to succeed
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be managing a number of roles simultaneously, and thus will have to work at a fast pace, in a pressurised environment. You will need exceptional senior stakeholder management, and will be a strong communicator. Experience working in a central HR or Recruitment Coordinator role is essential, as is experience working in the financial, or professional services sector.
