My client is a leading consumer business who are currently recruiting for a unique HR business partner position in their West London office. Working within a wider HR team you will partner the leadership teams within your client groups accountable for delivering the people strategy. You will also be responsible for group wide organisational effectiveness projects working closely with the Director in this area.
Key responsibilities will include
Providing leaders and managers with support and guidance in a wide range of areas, including organisational problem solving, behavioural change, change management, employee development, employee relations and performance management
Playing an active role in encouraging and driving accountability for people management into line managers
Supporting the annual People activities within the team including, performance reviews, salary reviews, engagement survey and training analysis
Coaching and developing line managers to help them reach their potential as well as that of their teams
Leading on a variety of people work streams within HR projects, providing HR subject matter expertise, advice and guidance including; Embedding our values and behaviours, workforce planning, and organisational change such as Redundancy and TUPE
Candidates will have an extensive background in delivering as a true HR Business Partner aligned to a Senior Leadership team. Due to the hybrid nature of this role candidates will ideally have a blended background across organisational effectiveness or at least strong examples of project work and a keen interest. You will be numerate and able to speak commercially to the business with experience in using data to drive decisions.
