Great senior HRBP role for a confident, operationally focused individual, based across the Essex region.
My client, a strong brand within their field are keen to speak with senior HR candidates who are capable of managing a large contract that is based primarily across the Essex region.
This role has a number of key responsibilities including supporting a new leadership team, organisational development and recruitment. All these areas need a demonstrable amount of experience where the person has lead on changes, designed robust plans/strategies and provided workable long term solutions to these challenges.
Influence, coach and mentor senior business leaders and act as a primary contact for first class professional guidance and customer service (signposting central teams where appropriate).
Assist with the delivery of ad-hoc and central projects
Work in partnership with leaders to design and implement local people and service projects; including leading the formulation of a workforce plan, local organisational design, organisational development and transformation, performance, development, talent management and customer service.
Deliver measurable improvements in people, service and commercial business performance.
To be successful in this role you must have a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders thought a period of transformation and have exceptional influencing skills and up to date employment law knowledge.
A well organised and self motivated approach is also required along with a flexible approach to travel.
