HR Director - Law Firm
A law firm based in London is looking for an HR Director to join the organisation.
Reporting in to the Managing Partner, you will be responsible for managing the HR function. The law firm consists of circa 450 employees across 2 offices within the UK, with the majority of stakeholders being based in London.
You will manage the HR team of 9 people, supported by Managers. You will operate in a strategic and operational HR Director positions, defining and delivering the HR strategy, annual HR processes and HR projects (SRA regs etc).
You will be an HR Director currently operating in a similar position within another law firm / partnership. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD preferred.
