OD/ Change Manager

A leading tech/media brand are seeking an OD/ Change Manager to join their dynamic team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This organisation has won countless awards for their innovation, employee engagement and brand loyalty.

This role is key in maintaining employee engagement, a typical day would include:

  • Working with the People Experience Director to support the delivery and evolution of the People Experience strategies. These focus on commercial, high impact, value-add initiatives
  • You will work with senior stakeholders to support them to develop, evolve and embed their people strategies
  • Designing and deliver initiatives and strategies e.g. leadership, diversity and inclusion and Future of Work Strategy
  • Developing and delivering high impact people communications via presentations, forums and events and to be promoted via all channels

Your profile:

  • You will have a strong background in creating and delivering impactful strategies surrounding employee engagement, EVP, OD and culture change
  • You will have worked within leading global brands with a proven track record delivering similar projects
  • You will enjoy working in fast pace, dynamic and ever-changing environments
  • You will be immediately available or on very short notice
  • Degree educated or equivalent
