Senior HRBP

A leading tech/media brand are seeking a Senior HRBP to join their dynamic team on a 12-month maternity leave contract. This organisation has won countless awards for their innovation, employee engagement and brand loyalty.

As the HRBP you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with the leaders and managers create a place where people love to work
  • Supporting the Head of People Operations to execute the People Plan and lead and implement new initiatives
  • Deliver end-to-end generalist People support, including resourcing, employee engagement and culture, organisation design, employee relations, performance management, talent development and succession planning
  • Acting as a coach to Department Heads and Line Managers. Influencing and guiding them by providing advice, support, skills and tools to proactively performance manage their teams
  • Regularly review methodologies to ensure you attract, retain and develop people in line with their unique culture and values

Your profile:

  • You will be a strategic HRBP who has worked within diverse business areas
  • Ideally you will have worked within global organisations
  • Natural rapport builder with a creative flair
  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • You must be able to commence mid October 2018
  • People with a stand alone HR background will be highly regarded
